Master Programme in Entrepreneurship

Have you ever thought of starting your own business? Or do you imagine working as a project manager or consultant with innovative ideas and projects in established businesses?

If so, you should consider this programme. The learning in the programme is based on real life experience, use of mentors and an action-oriented approach which gives you a solid ground for your future career.

The programme is divided into two tracks: (1) New Venture Creation, which focuses on the creation of new independent ventures, and (2) Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation, which focuses on renewal and innovation in established businesses.

New Venture Creation
Do you want to know how to navigate a highly uncertain and risky market environment? Do you want to become your own boss? This track is designed to give you the tools necessary for you to start a new independent business or to work in an advisory role to new venture start ups. It also gives you practical experience in research commercialisation, as well as tools to proactively work in projects. Along with a highly intensive and motivating curriculum, you will have time to pursue an Entrepreneurial Project (30 credits) on your own or together with others in a team. A highly qualified teaching staff and experienced business mentors will assist you in developing your business project.

Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation
This track is designed for students who want to work as project managers or business consultants focused on business development and innovation in established businesses. With this track you will gain knowledge on how opportunities for renewal and innovation are identified, developed, organised and implemented in the organisation. The track includes courses covering different aspects of corporate entrepreneurship and innovation management. A key component of the track is the Internship (30 credits) in which you work as a member of a host organisation running a project to renew and innovate within an established business.

The admission requirement of the programme is an undergraduate degree (BA/BSc) of at least 3 years, 180 ECTS credits.

The programme starts in the autumn and runs over two semesters.
